How to Play
Shift your pieces according to their specific movement rules. The Commander can only travel one square at a time within the fortress. Advisors must stay within diagonal moves within the palace. Elephants move exactly two squares diagonally and cannot jump over pieces. Knights move one square straight and then one square diagonally, but can be blocked by adjacent pieces. Rooks move any number of squares straight, acting as powerful attackers. Cannons move like chariots but must require a screen piece to capture exactly one piece. Pawns move forward one square and capture diagonally after crossing the river. Capture the opponent's general to win the game. Think ahead your moves carefully to checkmate the computer opponent.
